How long is my ticket valid for?

Tickets are usually valid for 24 hours since the redemption of the E-ticket. However there are also 2 or 3 day tickets for some tours. A 1-day ticket is only valid on the day of redemption during 24 hours . The same rules are applicable for 2-day and 3-day tickets.

The E-ticket can be redeemed within 3 months from the date of purchase. The redemption procedure is very simple: you just have to exchange your printed “E-ticket” for a real “ticket” with the tour operator representative.

Is it possible to buy a ticket in advance?

Yes, you can buy tickets in advance on this website, at the sales department or at the offices of our agents all over the world.
